I wanna kiss you do I, I wanna seal the deal. You're something that I want to touch and feel.

Wednesdays have got to be one of my favorite days of the week because I get to see my bestie. Although, I won't be liking it very long thanks to my long school schedule, starting up next week. Changed my shoot from Sam to Angel for tomorrow. I'm so excited! I think we're doing railroad shots outside, even if it's supposed to be 30 something degrees. Who cares about the weather? Good shots are always worth it. Be sure to check out Angel's flickr account here. Below are a few pictures from the last shoot:

Later today I'm going skating and then running a ton of errands. I got wonderful responses to the avocado smoothie! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's so refreshing and healthy. Store bought juices are actually really bad for you, but I love Ocean Spray White Cranberries with Strawberries. However, when it comes to limeade I always make my own. This is great for when you're sick, sore throat, or can't speak. This always helps me after I've been talking a lot and have a hoarse voice.

Kimmie's Limeade
makes one serving

Ingredients:
1 big lime
1 regular glass 75% filled with cold water
2 table spoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of pure/raw honey

Procedure:
  1. Place the lime horizontally on your cutting board. Cut it down the middle vertically. Don't cut it the other way because juice will NOT come out if you do this.
  2. Take a hand juicer and juice the lime as much as you can into a plate or straight into the glass. Keep the pulp, it's incredibly good for you. Pour into the glass and stir.
  3. Stir in the sugar and honey.
  4. Take what's remaining of the lime and cut it into small pieces, about half an inch. Toss into the juice. The skin has good nutrients that take time to come out. Enjoy!

Also, everyone's been asking me what mascara I use. I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I rarely skip out on mascara. Benefit's Bad Gal Lash mascara is absolutely amazing. I swear by it. A waterproof version has yet to come out, but this formula is water resistant. This means that instead of painting your lashes, this formula hugs them. If you do cry, don't dab onto your lashes. Dab around and you shouldn't have any issues with smearing. I have tested and tried this! However, if you get any of this on your clothing it comes out very easily so don't stress!

I've also gotten questions on where I get my jewelry. The answer: everywhere. In the picture below, I'm wearing Betsey Johnson nautical earrings, Juicy Couture charm bracelet, and a Key necklace I got from a special someone for Christmas last year. The chain is from Tiffany & Co. I think almost everyone on the planet has a JC charm bracelet full of charms, so I decided I'm going to keep my plain.

I'm currently working on redecorating/reorganizing my room. I recently added a magnificent piece of art to my walls. It hangs on its own wall because it is so beautiful. Painted by my own friend, Michael J. Lewis. It's oil on canvas and a spectacular capture of the Downtown Dallas skyline from the famed Crescent Hotel. Isn't it gorgeous?

And now for my Gossip Girl commentary. OMFGG! First off, I need to say, I hate Jack! He may be sort of handsome in his own jackassish way, but man, do I hate that Bass. I really hope that Blair didn't sleep with him in exchange for bringing Chuck home. That would just be terrible, but it would also show how utterly devoted Blair is to Chuck and how madly in love she is with him. Lily and Rufus's son? Oh don't even get me started. Those adoptive parents need a hit upside the head. I guess they don't realize how lucky that kid would be if Lily and Rufus decided to send that kid Birthday and Christmas gifts. I really hope Dan and Serena get things together, I really like those two, but my main focus and prority is Blair and Chuck. Jenny and Eric are so siblings. They are too cute as best friends. However, my not so polite side, really wants Nelly to fall face flat on the ground and break her glasses. She's so stupid and immature, but then again so are the rest of "The Girls." Next week should just be mainly a high school drama episode from what I can tell, however I hope some more Chuck and Blair action go down. I could hardly believe Blair finally said no. I almost wanted to cry when I was watching. Oh! Can't wait until next Monday.
